The name Red Door Sentinel was born in 2013 when I was challenged with the question, “How does God see you?” My answer came through a prophetic photography journey that you can read about here. As I was creating this site, confirmation came again through a dream of a white barn that had two large red doors on its broad side.
In the summer of 2017 I had a prophetic word spoken over me that God’s banner over me is “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done.” As I was reading through the “How does God see you?” blog post (linked above) to refresh my memory, I saw something that was long forgotten…..
“The kingdom come and pathfinder picture (below) seemed too obvious to consider before, but now? I’m sure nearly every kid in my generation learned, ‘Thy kingdom come…’ – since then I’ve learned that it’s only through the narrow-path finders that God’s kingdom comes to earth. That’s the entire reason for this new adventure – to call more pathfinders into the Kingdom!”
I am so thankful to God for reminding me of the purpose of this adventure that He gave me four years ago – To call more pathfinders into His Kingdom! One certain way of doing that is to help Christian authors get their message out to those looking to find the narrow path.
